Women’s League Fri Jan 18th

Hola Chicas,

The format on Friday will be a Random 4 Lady Team counting 2 low nets per hole.  This game will have a little twist to it.  Come on out and enjoy the day!  Carole & Janet will be the captains for this event!

Congratulations to last week’s winners for the Two Lady Team Low Net and Low Gross competition.  The winner’s of the Low Net  were Sharon and Donna and the winners of the Low Gross were Louise F and Vivian.  Skill winners were:  KP to the 150 #3 –  Dina,  Long Putt #10-  Dina, KP on #18 – Janice,  Deuces were made by Donne and Diane K.  Well Done!!

These ladies have signed up so far: Mimi, Carole, Janet M, Louise F, Vivian, Nancy M, Rosalie, Linda A, Adrienne, Donna, Mary Lou.  Please check your calendar for Friday if your name is not here.  Social members are welcome!

Tee Time is 9:00.  Meeting is at 8:45.  Cost is 50 pesos for the game and 20 pesos for the skills (optional).   Correct change is really appreciated!!

Men’s Mixer – Wednesday, January 16th

Welcome All El Tigre Golfers,

The game for this upcoming Wednesday will be Nassau, where winning teams will be paid based on the following criteria; best team “net” front 9 score (1-9), best team “net” back nine score (10 – 18) and best team “net” overall score (1 – 18). Please record both gross and net scores for all players on every hole, and provide net team scoring summaries for the front nine, the back nine and for overall score. Also, please remember to circle any “deuces” on the scorecard. Lastly, please remember to repair divot holes,  ball marks and smooth any footprints in bunkers.

American School Tournament

NOTE: You probably already received an email about this tournament, but I’m posting it here so that players looking for a team can leave a comment.

Andy asked me to post the following notice:

The American school is doing a golf tournament this Saturday out at Punta Mita. If anyone wants to play it’s $900.00 usd per foursome, breakfast and lunch included. Let me know if anyone wants to enter a team. It’s a great value and the course is in great shape. If you ever wanted to play Four Seasons Punta Mita, this is a very cheap way to do it . Regular rate is over $300.00, with  no breakfast or lunch . Oh and tons of prizes.

Couples golf cancellation!

Hola amigos in beautiful Mexico,

Unfortunately couples golf is cancelled for this week as El Tigre will be occupied by an outside group.  Hoping you are able to make other plans.

Couples golf will be returning next Sunday, January 20th.

Hola Chicas,

This week we will be playing a Two Lady Team Low Net Format .  Vivian & Mary Lou are the captains for Friday.

Congratulations to last week’s winners.  The winning team for the 4 Lady Team 2 Low Nets was Mary Lou, Mary M, Diane K and Dina!  Skills winners were KP # 17 – Janet,  KP #6 – Mary Lou, and KP from the sand (on a Draw) Mimie.

Players signed up so far: Charli, Rosalie, Rosie, Mimi, Diane K, Kathy, Vivian, Adrienne, Diane S, Linda A, Janice, Donna, Janet, Loulou, Dina, Joan, Carole, Mary Lou, Linda G.

Start time is 9:00 am,  meeting time is 8:45, cost is 50 pesos for the game and 20 pesos for the skills (optional).
