Men’s Mixer – Wednesday, March 4th, 2020

Hola El Tigre Golfers,

The game for this upcoming Wednesday, will be a four person team event whereby all players will be playing from multiple tee boxes during the round. The format will be as follows: on hole 1 all players will play from the red tees, on hole 2 all players will play from the gold tees, on hole 3 all players will play from the white tees and on hole 4 all players will play from the blue tees. We will follow the same pattern for all 18 holes. So if your team starts on hole 18, you will be playing from the gold tees. For team scoring purposes you will need to count all 4 best net ball scores for all holes played from the red tees, three net best ball scores for all holes played from the gold tees, two net best ball scores for all holes played from the white tees and only one net best ball score for all holes played from the blue tees. For this game, all players will need to use their El Tigre “White” tee handicap. As usual, please record both gross and net scores for all players on your team, and provide summary team scores for the front 9, the back 9 and the 18 hole total score. Also, please circle and gross deuces “2’s”, repair all divots and rake out any bunkers that you may have entered.

Congratulations to Canada and all Canadian players for winning the 2020 Gringo Cup! Many thanks to Steve Johnson and his staff for all of their extraordinary support in managing this very successful event.

Good luck to all golfers!

Each two-person team will need to record a best “net” score for each hole and provide the usual summaries; including gross and net score for all players on all holes, with summaries for the front nine, back nine and total 18 hole score. Remember also to circle any gross deuces “2’s”, repair all divots and rake out any footprints from any bunkers that you may have entered.
