Hola El Tigre Golfers,

The game for this Wednesday will be a two-person best ball team event. Each two-person team will need to record a best “net” score for each hole and provide the usual summaries; including gross and net score for all players on all holes, with summaries for the front nine, back nine and total 18 hole score. Remember also to circle any gross deuces “2’s”, repair all divots and rake out any footprints from any bunkers that you may have entered. The two day Gringo Cup will take place in about 3 weeks….if you have not already done so, you may want to sign up to participate in this fun and challenging annual event. Good luck to all golfers!

The game for this Wednesday will be a modified “red-white-blue” four person team event. Each team will need to count two net best ball scores for all red and all blue pins and three net best ball scores for all white pins. As usual, please record all gross and net scores for all players on your team and provide team summaries for the front 9, back 9 and the total 18 hole score. Lastly, don’t forget to circle any gross deuces “2” on your card, repair all divots, and rake out your footprints from any bunkers that you may have entered. Good luck to all players!

The game for this Wednesday will be the Waltz, played as a four person team event. Each team will count one net best ball score on hole # 1, two net best ball scores on hole # 2 and three net best ball scores on hole # 3 and this pattern will continue for all 18 holes. All teams will need to record gross and net scores for all players on all holes and provide summary team score totals for the front 9, the back nine and the total 18 hole score. This week we will also add a “fewest putts” competition to the mix. Each team will need to appoint someone that will record putts for all team players and provide similar summaries as for the Waltz team event. Since we were unable to complete last Wednesday’s event due to rain, we will keep the game the same as last week. If you already paid your $100 pesos last week, Don will credit this to you and there will be no need for you to repay.

The game for this Wednesday will be a four person team Stableford event, where each team will count the best three “net” scores for each hole. A net bogey will count for 1 point, a net par will count 2 points, a net birdie will count 3 points, and a net eagle will count 4 points. On your scorecard, please record all net and gross scores for all players, and include summary team scores for the front 9, the back nine, and the total 18 hole score. Also, please remember to circle any gross deuces “2”, repair all divots and rake out any bunkers that you may have entered. Good luck to all golfers!
