This weeks’ format will be 2-LADY BEST BALL team game using the STABLEFORD Scoring Format. All teams will need to record only one best ball net score on all holes. Net Bogey = 1 point, Net Par = 2 Points, Net Birdie = 3 Points & Eagle = 4 Points. Please provide gross & net scores for all players on your team & also provide team summary scores for the front & back 9 & total 18-hole score. Please circle all GROSS Birdies & Deuces (2’s) on your scorecards. The cost is $100 pesos including Skills. Correct change is always greatly appreciated.
The weekly Golf Tip provided by our club pro, Hector will be at 8:40 a.m. This will be followed by the names of your cart mates & your starting hole number & any other information deemed necessary. We NEED TO BE ON OUR STARTING HOLES NO LATER THAN 8:55 A.M. WITH A SHOTGUN START @ 9:00 A.M.SHARP & WE WAIT FOR NO ONE.
It would be greatly appreciated if everyone would please make every effort to arrive at least 30 minutes before the start time & please pay your registration fee immediately upon arrival prior to finding your carts & readying yourself for the game. We are expected to be on our starting holes at 8:55 a.m.
If you wish to play, please make sure to update your calendar & “SAVE” the changes BEFORE Thursday, December 21st @ 2:00 p.m. This is the cut-off period & no changes will be permitted after this time. And off course, should you choose not play and have registered in the past for the date specified above, again please CANCEL your calendar and “SAVE” the changes before Thursdays’ deadline. This will greatly assist those of us who organize the weekly games.
Remember ladies, ANY changes that you make to your “CALENDAR” must be saved, otherwise they are lost.

I would also like to thank Francine Harwood and Dina Quinley for the organizing and execution of the party and all related details. A fun time was had by all the attendees. This weeks’ game is a 4-LADY TEAM SCRAMBLE with ONE ONLY Gross Best Ball Score per Hole per team. Please provide a team summary gross score for the front 9 & back 9 & a team summary score for all 18-holes.
The cost this week is $250 pesos & correct change is greatly appreciated. A Rules Sheet will be provided on the day explaining rules & handicap for this game. There will be no weekly golf tip this week.
PLEASE NOTE: WE HAVE 48 GOLFERS THIS WEEK AND UPON ARRIVAL PLEASE PAY YOUR FEES IMMEDIATELY PRIOR TO FINDING YOUR CART AND GETTING READY FOR THE GAME. AS WELL, WE HAVE A SHOTGUN START THIS WEEK OF 8:50 A.M., SO PLEASE ARRIVE EARLIER THAN YOUR NORMAL ARRIVAL TIME.
The party will follow IMMEDIATELY after the golf game & hosted by Cherille O’Connor at her home, Her address is: Privada Paseo de los Garzas 43F, Nuevo Vallarta. Cherille’s home is located just outside of the Jaguar Gate of El Tigre on the left side of the street as you head toward the Tuesday Market here in Nuevo, and before you cross over the bridge.
CAR POOLING: For those ladies who own their vehicle, we hope that you will assist those who do not with a ride to the venue.
