Ladies League Calendar OPENS today, Friday NOVEMBER 8th at 5:00 p.m. for registration on Friday, DECEMBER 6th, 2024. The calendar will remain open for this date through to Thursday, DECEMBER 5th @ 8:00 a.m. at which time it will close.

This weeks’ game is a 4-LADY TEAM SCRAMBLE with ONE ONLY Gross Best Ball Score per Hole per team. Please provide a team summary gross score for the front 9 & back 9 & team summary score for all 18-holes. Game is $100 pesos. Correct change is always appreciated. A Rules Sheet will be provided on the day explaining rules & handicap for this game.
And for our 3rd season, our resident Pro, Hector Rodriguez has again agreed to provide a weekly golf tip to those who would like to try & improve their game. Hector will be providing his weekly golf tip at 8:40 a.m. Immediately following this, you will be advised of your starting hole number & any other information deemed necessary. SHOTGUN START @ 9:00 a.m. sharp & we do not wait for anyone.
PLEASE NOTE: We are fully subscribed with our maximum of 44 players. Upon arrival you must pay your registration fee immediately before to finding your cart & getting ready for the game. As well, given the number of players, please make every effort to arrive earlier than your normal arrival time & be prepared to be on your assigned Hole at 8:55 a.m.
If you are currently registered to play for the date in question and circumstances change, wherein you’re unable to, you MUST remove yourself from your “Calendar” BEFORE Thursday November 7th at 8:00 a.m. This will also free up space for those on the waitlist that want to play. The weekly cut-off period for the 2024-2025 Ladies League season is always on Thursday at 8:00 a.m. & NO CHANGES are permitted after this time. This will greatly assist those of us who organize the weekly games.

When logging into the Ladies League Calendar to register, and it says full 44/44 (# of spots the league has). There will appear an “ASTERISK” by the number. Click on the Asterisk and a screen will pop up and ask if you would like to be “WAITLISTED” for the date of play in question. If you click yes, it will automaticly safe your response. The Asterisk then becomes “@” symbol. Should an opening occur before the Thursday morning cut-off @ 8:00 a.m., the system will automaticly generate an e-mail to everyone on the waitlist. The empty spot will be taken by the first player who signs in after receiving the e-mail and secures the spot. All remaining players will continue to be waitlisted and have another opportunity should an opening occur before the scheduled cut-off time.
