Please note that a special event will be held on Friday March 15th. A lunch will follow the golf competition and  the winners of the ringer board will be announced.   Four big teams will compete using the stableford format.  The theme is “precious” and  the teams will be diamond  , Sapphire, ruby and emerald.  We think it could be fun if you could dress to match your precious stone.

Since we need to balance the handicaps, we ask you, exceptionally, to register by Tuesday March 13th no later than 3:00.

As always you can play socially or you can take part in the competition.  If ever you can’t play, you are more than welcome to join us for lunch.  Just let us know, as food has to be ordered ahead of time.

Please come for the fun, the company and the surprises.

The game for this Friday is a 4 Lady Team Format, counting 2 low nets per hole but with a twist.  Every player must use 6 of their net hole scores for the total score.  More information to follow on Friday.  Vivian and Francine are the captains for the week.  WELCOME BACK FRANCINE!!

Congratulations to last week’s winner’s for our Viva Las Vegas Individual event.  Lots of fun scoring for this event!!   Flight 1 – Janice and Carole,  Flight 2 – Mary Lou,  Flight 3 – Gemma.  Least putts – Charli 14, Dina and Rosa 15.  Deuces – Diane K.

Ladies interested in playing at Flamingos on March 7th must let me know by this Friday.  Handicap limit is 36 for this event.

This week will be individual play with a Las Vegas flair!  Putts on even holes will be counted along with any deuces for the skills events!  Carole and Janet are the captains this week.  More explanation for the game on Friday.

Sign up for the Flamingos Ladies Day will continue on Friday.  Volunteers for the Pac 10 College Girls Tournament ( Mar21, 22, 23) are needed.  Sign up with Hector for this event!

Congratulations to last weeks winners in our 4 Lady Team Event.  The team of Mary Lou, Myrnalynn, Diane K and Anne L won 1st place. KP winners were Sharon, Lisa and Kathy.  Well Done!

Game time is 9:00,  Meeting time is 8:45.  Cost is 50 pesos for the game and 20 pesos for the skills (optional).

Congratulations to all our winners with the Flamingos Mixer on Friday.  Flamingos Ladies were VERY impressed with El Tigre and the organization of the event.  Thank you to everyone who helped out to make this event a successful day!!!

This Friday we will be playing a Two Lady Team – Best Gross & Best Net format with 12 Ladies from  Flamingos  joining us for this mixer.  22 El Tigre Ladies have signed up for this event.  There is room for 2 more golfers to fill the allotted Tee Times.  Please contact Vivian if you are interested in signing up.

Costs for Friday are:  150 pesos for lunch (includes tip), 50 pesos for the game and 20 pesos for the skills.  You are to select your  lunch option when you sign in.     Game cards will be given to you at the sign in desk as well.  Correct change is always appreciated!
